What you will be doing
  • You will be working under SKALE - a Growthdesk AdTech company focused on the Retail Industry. 
  • You will work close with our Business Development Manager and Digital Marketer with daily tasks. 
  • Manage key partnerships (other startups, SMB owners, tech partners), develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow their contribution to overall objectives
  • Identify new leads in priority markets and sectors, initiate engagement and negotiate deals that contribute to defined metrics
  • Implement new partners and optimise to achieve target results and track KPIs
  • Creating client proposals and contracts

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:  
  • Background in business development or account management, with previous experience in partnerships, marketing or content syndication
  • Required Language(s): English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be a plus)
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Online/Digital advertising sales background and good understanding of SAAS companies and digital marketing would be a plus (not compulsory) 
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior executives and  via email, in person and telephone     
  • Disciplined, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical thinking skills          
  • Possess a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude over the phone and in person
  • We are looking for individuals who are problem solvers and have the willingness and desire to achieve challenging outcomes under tight timelines.
