Job Description

• In charge of the overall business (HK, TW, MY) & APAC expansion. You will lead the team in growing revenue and manage the market the P&L (APAC)
• Contribute to running growth campaigns across countries and target segments, through country insights, effective creatives and communications, data analyses, A/B testing, marketing automation, etc.
• Develop GMA’s products (The growth marketing training content), and host the training as one of the trainers. We strive to provide top tier quality level of training content to help marketers & founders to improve their marketing ROI.
• Develop and own the marketing strategy across all GMA programs and channels including performance marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, PR, media and partnership etc to drive business growth.
• Develop the GMA story and brand and implement it across all aspects of the customer experience.
• Running scrum for marketing, manage & optimize the operation to enhance the team efficiency in HK & TW.
• Recruit, hire and manage an energetic marketing team who will be embedded in outcome-oriented cross-functional teams remotely.
• Support GMA’s regional growth initiatives.

3. A strong understanding of performance marketing channels, web analytics & attribution.
4. Capable of building a content marketing machine to drive inbound leads.
5. Ability to track the data & have detailed conversations regarding analytics and metrics while balancing with consumer and creative insight.
6. A balanced approach to investing in Brand and Performance.
7. 2 - 5 years of marketing/product growth/performance marketing experience, with team-leading experience.
8. Enjoy working in a small & vibrant team. Could communicate with teammate remotely.
9. Proficient in both English & Mandarin.
10. Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
