About The Job

  • Define and champion the strategic direction of the community; identify and execute on areas of opportunity to refine and grow engagement for both English and Chinese speaking locales
  • Oversee the day-to-day of the GMA Member Community: moderating and participating in conversations, addressing complex escalations, and iterating on our workflows and processes
  • Identify & develop the content to drive the community growth, given our nature as a knowledge provider
  • Own both online & offline community incl. the operation & customer service of our bootcamps, trainings & events.
  • Create Bootcamp & course content (both online & offline) and also marketing content to grow the company’s footprint by e.g. blog, media column, social media, infographic, ebook, video, press release etc.
  • Crafting persuasive, laser-focused landing pages that compel your target audience to take one valuable action.
  • Designing beautiful, rich graphics & social media content, infographics & video that are as engaging as they are shareable.
  • Sculpting informative, valuable, digestible articles & e-books that audiences can’t stop reading.
  • Assist in our online & offline marketing campaigns, community, offline events, media & KOL campaign, business development & partnership.

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be an excellent writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Excellent in English & Chinese (Both written & spoken)
  • Strong sense of empathy for customers
  • 0 – 2 years of exp in community management , content marketing, digital marketing, media, public relations, visual communications, design or multimedia. 
  • Knowledge & passion in content, digital marketing & growth marketing
  • Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting various content.
  • Enjoy working with smart teammates in other regions with a small team setting. 
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to solve the problem, always exploring new way & technology to work efficiently and ready to help your teammates at any time
  • Never stop to be a better person. Enjoy learning / self-learn & willing to share knowledge with others.

  • With SEO knowledge to create content optimized for SEO purpose
  • Worked in Startups or Internet Industry before
  • Experience in working with teammates in other regions 
  • Knowledge of design, video editing, Adobe AI & Premiere Pro is a plus
