Job Description

• Identify sales opportunities, meet prospective client and convert leads to sales opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets 
• Understand client’s requirements and provide recommendations and solutions based on our product offerings
• Work out preliminary space planning & provide quotation based on the requirements
• Establish and cultivate good relationships with clients, enabling trust in our products and services
• Facilitate key communication between client and team members, and collaborate closely with internal team to ensure overall quality of project delivery in meeting client’s expectations
• Stay abreast of industry trends, home renovation and interior design solutions
• Support fellow team members and the Head of Division in any initiatives, plans and activities as and when required

Job Requirements

1. Possess a diploma in any related discipline
2. At least 2 years of working experience in sales/client servicing in related industries; experience in interior design is an advantage but not a must
3. Possess keen interest in interior design and passion to provide a better home to others, with a good understanding of space planning
4. Customer-oriented, attentive to clients’ needs and enjoy building client relationship
5. Great attitude and interpersonal skills, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
6. Great time management skills and high level of accountability
7. Proficient in basic operating software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Drive)
8. Proficient in English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Malay language
9. Possess own transportation and willing to travel between KL and Penang once a month
10. Willing to be based in KL for training for 3 - 6 months
11. Remuneration provided will be basic salary + commission
