Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with an innovative and creative approach to building both client and candidate relationships. This position requires the grit and tenacity that comes with supporting a start-up. 

In this role, you will engage with passive candidates for critical roles that spread across all software development disciplines. You will focus on networking closely within the industry to attract top talent and clients.

You will leverage your experience and technical knowledge to develop and execute successful and creative strategies to source, engage, and evaluate high-potential candidates and clients.

Job Description: 
  • Strategizing effective ways to grow the company’s client base
  • Using a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
  • Acting as a strategic partner to clients and candidates looking to find their best match
  • Screening potential candidates using the utmost tact and professionalism
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring personnel while providing advice, coaching, and guidance

Job Requirements

  • High volume recruiting software engineers, data scientists and tech personnels experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, preferably from both a corporate and/or agency environment
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
  • Demonstrated a track record of acquiring and maintaining good relationship with clients
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
  • The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
  • Hands on experience with recruitment softwares
  • Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
