Job Description

• Execute headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies
• Identifying right channels to attract talents and keep track of recruiting metrics
• Source candidates through various job portals and networking sites, screening the candidates for the right fit
• Take ownership and assess candidates for new position openings
• Build a workflow process for an ideal internal and external candidate experience
• Foster effective and engaging communications to all stakeholders
• Create a strategic compensation plan, implement a performance metric and prepare medical benefits
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations regarding employment and benefits as well as financial, legal and/or administrative requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee 
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities

Job Requirements

• Passionate about disrupting the old ways of doing HR. Diligent, detailed and willing to try and learn new ways of doing things
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Past experience in achieving employment KPI for the growth of Grooves’s workforce over time
• Initiation of internal company culture initiatives
