Job Description
You will be building a product from its infant stage that aims to help people who would like to work in Japan. This will be a global product and as our database grows so will our functions!
- Create new products and services to grow specific career segments
- Stay on top of current trends and needs of users in order to propose, develop, and implement new products
- Write a nice, clean code for our products
- Construct efficient infrastructure to minimize the cost and load
- Mindset: able to think big and work the small details
- Understand the importance of “LAZINESS” “IMPATIENCE” and “HUBRIS” -- Larry Wall
Job Requirements
- Proficient understanding and experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails ( we don't care about your experience or age, we care about what you can bring to the table)
- Familiar with AWS or equivalent services ( E.g. GCP)
- A strong will to write and maintain clean, modular code
- Experience in team development using GitHub
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Language: Ruby, Ruby in Rails ver.5.x
