About The Job

You will play an important role in:
  • Proactively contribute ideas in the planning of promotional campaigns, to promote company’s products and create awareness.
  • Organize marketing events/workshops to promote company products/ideas to the market.
  • Develop marketing campaign to align with the company’s overall business objectives. This includes but not limited to, strategizing product placement and product presentation throughout all phases of collateral development.
  • Analyze, plan and develop detailed event proposals including budget, timelines, vendors, venues, etc. 
  • Ensure social media content and design are accurately and effectively communicated to customers to ensure active engagement such as webinars, customer surveys, etc. 
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with internal departments, event partners, vendors and other parties to oversee the development and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. 
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in Marketing/Corporate Communication.  
  • Education or publishing business background is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team.   
  • Proficient with common productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Prezi)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to deadlines, has strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Possess creativity and able to work independently.  
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
