Job Description
- Welcome visitors & dealing with any enquires at the reception
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence
- Manage the daily operation in reception counter eg scheduling meeting facilities, administer the courier and mailing services
- Ensures reception area, including workstation and guest seating area is kept clean and tidy at all time
- Able to communicate confidentially with all levels
- Any other assignments as directed by the immediate superior
Job Requirements
- If you perform well, we'll ensure you'll grow together with us!
- Possesses at least SPM and above
- Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office
- Working Days Monday - Friday / Saturday (half day)
- Working Time 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
