Job Description

• Delivering and maintaining data warehouse schematics, layouts, architectures, metadata and repository creation, relational databases for data storage and data mining.
• Recommend, execute and deliver best practices in data management and data lifecycle processes, including modular development of data processes, coding and configuration.
• Lead the planning and implementation of data design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, and performing needs assessments.
• Design, develop, document and implement end-to-end data pipelines and data integration processes, both batch and real time.
• Perform and lead in data analysis, data profiling, data cleansing, data lineage, data mapping and data transformation.
• Design and develop ETL / ELT jobs and workflows, and deployment of data solutions, including API integrations.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders including the Sales/BD, Product, Support and Data Science teams on data infrastructure related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Design and implement the data governance structure across the whole company ecosystem
• Value Creation & Management – Work collaboratively to generate innovative solutions that deliver improved business results. Facilitate continuous improvement projects to add value.
• Innovation – Adapt existing processes, methods and ways of working to drive efficiency. Use digital technologies to develop new ideas, projects and opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields.
• 8-10 years of related technical experience in data governance, data architecture, data warehouse or ETL.
• Experience in Cloud solutions: Amazon Web Services (AWS EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Experience in pipeline: Apache Beam, Kafka, Apache Airflow, Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
• Experience inETL tools: KNIME, SAS, Talend, Matillion, etc.
• Experience with databases: NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Postgres.
• Framework: BigQuery, Dataproc, Amazon EMR, Elastic Search, etc.
• Responsible for applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies and standards as well as the application of clearly defined data management definitions for use across the Data Office
• High proficiency in programming languages: SQL, R, Python, Java Script, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge and working experience in ETL development and data integration techniques, data warehouse architectures design and development using appropriate data modelling approaches.
• Strong knowledge of database, storage, collection and aggregation models, techniques and technologies, with the ability to apply such methods to solve business problems.
• Strong knowledge in data security design and operations.
