Job Description

Consumer first and customer experience centric mentality in visioning and concept development of a product

Identify problems and create app based desired features for continued usage, and proper functionality of the product

Research and continuously analyse market sizing, competitive analysis, positioning for the product and align product roadmap to strategic goals

Owns the product roadmap

Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team

Solve product related problems, make decisions, trade-off analysis to stay on track towards deliverables
Draft key metrics and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams from product conceptualisation to go to market
Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with internal and external stakeholders

Work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases

Ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for product related queries

Job Requirements

Able to apply methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, Growth Hacking and other new start up technology development trends
Experienced with Agile software
