Job Description

• Generating leads 
• Conduct cold call/ social networking/existing relationship to generate lead
• Set up appointments and meetings to present company's products and solutions to potential clients
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and propose the right products and services
• Complete the sales cycle to close sales / contract with clients not limited to preparation of proposal, follow-up, clarification, negotiation, agreement preparation and collection of signed agreement with supporting documents
• Preparing of daily sales visiting report
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecast and reports
• Continue account servicing and upsell crossell other products and services to increase revenue
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company objectives and programs

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Marketing/Business Development/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent 
• Aggressive! fast learner, able to work under pressure and work independently 
• Preferably candidates who specialized and experienced in sales & marketing, account servicing & door to door sales
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements 
• Positive, confident, results-oriented, resourceful, creative and innovative 
• Versatile and well presentation skills. Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, aggressive, fast and learner and must be able to work under high pressure 
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Applicant must possess own transport and familiar with location
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): interpersonal, sales, marketing, communication, presentation
