  • As a Payroll Specialist at GreatDay, you are responsible to ensure all payment processing are done accurately and on a timely basis according to the scheduled payment dates. 
  • Ensure all payment processing tasks are in compliance and aligned with internal & external audit control expectations.
  • Drive KPI payment metric against goals.
  • Work independently with partner bank and IT team for closure whenever there is any payment related issue.
  • To liaise and collaborate with internal and external customers on any payment inquiries.
  • You are also required to do the testing for our HRIS system which is launching soon by processing payroll and check if the calculations are accurate. 

Job Requirements

  • Possessed tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or professional degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum one year of working experience in accounting field or MNC environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to support cross functional departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.
  • Hands on experience in computer accounting systems, Excel and PowerPoint will be a plus.
  • Good experience in payment processing and systems. 
  • It would be great if you have experience in processing Singapore & Hong Kong payroll.
  • Complete and updated knowledge of the labour laws and statutory contribution i.e. tax, leaves, EPF, SOCSO etc will be an added advantage. 
  • A strict adherence to company policies. 
  • A motivated Payroll Specialist with good communication skills.
