Job Description

  • Oversee, Coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
  • Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.
  • Assure client satisfaction.
  • Give Responsive response in handling client's queries
  • Train the client through key product learning milestone for effective application usage.
  • Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new work-flow plans.
  • Manage client relationship during the implementation process.
  • Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client.
  • Support sales teleconference in hand-off of new client.
  • Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
  • Coordinate data conversion, interface, and other timeline and expectations.

Job Requirements

General Requirements
  • Age between 22 - 30 years old
  • Good in English is a MUST
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Ability to lead a client successfully through technical processes
  • Ability to manage and fulfill client expectation
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

Technical Qualifications:
  • Familiar with Web and Mobile Apps Technology
  • Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in MySQL, MSSQL
  • Familiar with application testing and simple debugging (Preferred)
  • Moderate in technical programming algorithm
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Internet Explorer, Excel, power
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
