Job Description

  • You will be responsible to implement our software product based on technical design document that meets our clients’ requirements. 
  • Writing and executing unit test plans to test software components.
  • Participation in post-development activities such as UAT, System Go-live support.
  • Liaise and provide input to the team and project managers in order to make sure the project stays within the scope, and it is implemented on time. 
  • To monitor any changes to the detailed design specifications. 
  • Ensure the quality of work based on company methodology and standards. 
  • Actively participate in the fulfillment of his/her Personal Performance Plan including :-
  1. Stay up to date with the related development tools and technologies 
  2. Attend training provided by the company
  3. A motivated Implementor with self learning skills in company tools and products
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering / other related technical courses. 
  • At least 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Great analytical skills. 
  • Good knowledge in SDLC and Source Code Management tools.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS products is a plus.
  • Complete and updated knowledge of the labour laws and statutory contribution i.e. leaves, EPF, SOCSO etc will be an added advantage. 
  • Fresh graduates with relevant software development skills are encouraged to apply.
