Job Description

  • Provide technical support to clients, including answer clients' inquiries and handling clients' issues in a timely manner. 
  • Responsible to escalate clients' issues to the developer / implementation/ sales team.
  • Actively participate in the fulfillment of his/her Personal Performance Plan including :-
    1. Stay up to date with the related development tools and technologies 
    2. Attend training provided by the company
    3. A motivated Customer Service Specialist with self learning skills in company tools and products



Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service line
  • Independent & fast learner 
  • Ability to handle client issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask between customer requests
  • A fluent English speaker
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, and other dialects i.e. Cantonese will be an added advantage!
