Job Description

• Assist in being the brand custodian and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital initiatives, including regional and local brand, product and event-based campaigns
• Support the development, production and updating of contents for online and offline platforms
• Assist in the production and distribution of publications and marketing collateral
• Assist in building media relations and in other media related activities, events and campaigns
• Assist in the execution of media sponsorship events to enhance brand presence as well as to review and evaluate sponsorship requests and make recommendations
• Assist in the planning, implementation and management of CSR events, programmes and activities
• Monitor, compile and disseminate company and industry news extracted from online and print media
• Monitor and compile ads from online and print media
• Monitor and manage department mailbox 
• Monitor company press releases and update press release and ad value
• Translate news clippings from Mandarin to English
• Assist with other administrative functions as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ideally hold a Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines
•  Have between at least one year of working experience in brand management, with a focus on digital advertising / marketing, media relations, corporate communication, consumer and communication research
• Creative and innovative with a good project management core
• Possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
