Job Description

• Be the brand guardian by ensuring that all marketing collaterals and campaigns have consistent messaging about who we are, what we stand for and what we do.
• Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives by proactively identifying the products and services to focus on over the course of our sales cycle or financial year in line with the Annual Marketing Plan that has been developed and may evolve.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials with the assistance of appointed creative agencies and vendors who produce marketing materials and or/provide marketing support, including ad agencies, print vendors, PR agencies or specialists, Web/digital service providers, etc.
• Creating content providing SEO for each of our website assets. You will be responsible for keeping Web content current, while also working to ensure our site comes up quickly when someone searches for our services.
• Monitoring and managing social media. You shall be required to contribute to, manage and maintain our social media pages. You shall be tasked to manage our social media accounts and carefully watch what’s being posted about us online.
• Producing internal communications. Our employees need to understand our company, its values, its goals and its priorities. You will assist the CEO for employee communications through a newsletter and/or intranet.
• Able to adapt with a willingness to double down on research and development in order to be a forward thinker utilising technology. Conducting customer and market research. To help define and refine target markets and opportunities and helps us understand how our products and services are perceived.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with social media and web analytics 
  • e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Understanding of different marketing techniques
• Proficient in Excel
• Skills in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage
