Job Description
a. To take ownership and manage project management tasks (complete cycle) which involves the following:
- Planning and project scheduling
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan & schedule and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects. • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Tracking and driving of issues
- Tracking and driving of risks and their mitigation steps
- Tracking of change requests and it’s status
- Management of project stakeholders
- Driving meetings for resolution
b. Provide regular reports and updates on project status and escalate to management as needed.
c. Lead and conduct project reviews
d. Perform all forms of testing, UAT/SIT, pilot runs and POC (Proof-Of-Concepts). e. Monitor and liaison for testing and issue log management
f. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Functional Specification, Business Requirements, User Manuals, Training Materials etc.
g. Conduct System Implementation and User Training.
h. Conduct product demo and provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Team. i. Conduct pre-sales requirements gathering and prepare technical proposal as needed.
