About The Job

You will be Responsible for customer satisfaction including effective customer problem handling until resolution with extensive customer engagement experience.

Analyse client’s requirements and provide professional advice on technical solutions and to ensure client’s requirements and service request are met.

Maintain excellent time management and organization skills to ensure the projects or task assigned are completed on time.

You need to liaise with internal and external clients, technical development/support groups to achieve superior technical solutions and maintain good relationship and support to the clients.

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply

- Excellent command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin is an added advantage

- Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact.

- Willing to travel to outstation if needed

It will enhance ‘accountability and transparency’ that is much needed when there are more than one handlers. It will also eliminate or to a large extend eradicate ‘fraud’ and misappropriation of the community funds.
