Job Description
United States customers call in for customer service. Customer service is unable to communicate in English - only can speak Cantonese. US Customers calling in can only speak in English, they are unable to communicate in Cantonese.
Your job is to be the third person in the live call, listen to what each person says, interpret it into the language the receiver can understand, and vice versa.
This is a night shift job, full time for a 12 month contract.
You will have to answer incoming calls and be the interpreter in those calls for 9 hours per night (inc 1 hour break), for 5 nights a week.
You will get 2 nights off, usually on working nights.
You will work through weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Requirements
- Being Able to converse, interpret, and deliver a precise and correct message.
- Committed to a full-time position.
- Quiet working environment.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese (Speak, Read & Write)

- Must be able to work at home (Based at where you are located)
- Internet connection with a min up/down the speed of 1mb

- Willing to work on rotating shift for 8 hours scheduled by client. (Night & evening Shift)
- Willing to work on Public Holidays as the operation is 24/7
