Job Description
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Gather feedback from customers and share with the management
· Responsible to handle customers enquires on available platforms from calls, emails to messages
· Responsible to constantly on the lookout for new business opportunity via networking, cold calling, relationship building with new or existing clients
· Generate relevant reports and analysis for the management
· Assist and support in planning company events
· Adhere with any other related ad-hoc assignment assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent minimum 2 years related working experience
· Able to speak and read in English, Chinese and Malay
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Able to work on weekends, after office hours and public holidays as and when needed
