Job Description

• Assist in conceptualization of leasing plans and strategies
• To achieve monthly targets set by the management
• Create content and arranging advertising material to promote the property
• To attract new tenants at competitive market rental rates and leasing packages to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure good return yields
• Introduce, negotiate and conclude tenancies and rental negotiations with prospective tenants/buyers
• Contact, update or send new properties deals in the market to own and/or potential databases
• Make appointments with prospect to show buyers/renters around the property 
• Responsible to handle customers enquires on available platforms from calls, emails to messages 
• Responsible to constantly on the lookout for new business opportunity via networking, cold calling, relationship building with new or existing clients 
• Undertake market research & feasibility studies and be updated on the latest news of market or economic trends and other relevant market information
• Generate relevant reports and analysis for the management 
• Adhere with any other related ad-hoc assignment assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Possess excellent command of English & Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required  
• Fresh graduates encourage to applied
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong sales ability, customer focus and persuasiveness
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Has experience work with real estate agency is an advantage 
• Basic + High commission
