About The Job

  • Proposes, plans, coordinates and execute online & offline events, training and other functions including workshops, seminar, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work as a team and ensure all pre-event, during event, and post-event operations is completed smoothly and resolve any problems that might occur
  • Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources related to the event, liaison with vendors on event-related matters
  • Prepare event venue, logistic and other audio visual equipment required to ensure smooth executive of events
  • In charge of hotel booking, travels to ensure smooth executions of all events as and when needed
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
  • Manage customer-business communication by develop and distribute emails, letters, phone communication channels, digital media channels and other correspondence regarding problem resolutions, product and service features and upgrades, company changes, welcome packets, and other materials for new and existing customers
  • Solve customer issues, retaining customers, lead positive reviews 
  • Review customer care practices on a continual basis to make sure that all customers are getting the attention they deserve
  • Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Planning and deliver CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
  • Consistently keep up with changes and other details about the products and services
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the process and reporting the results to the relevant people.
  • Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the Event & CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  •  To engage and maintain a highly responsive relationship with Team and clients
  • To carry out any other duties as assign by the management
  • Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports 
  • Provide necessary ad-hoc support as required

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Event Management/CRM/Mass Communication
  • Proficient in MS words, Excel, PowerPoint, webinar, zoom, social media, etc
  • Preferably skilled in audio visual editing software
  • Possess valid driving license and able to travel 
  • Has experience at property agency is an advantage
