Job Description

• Perform data entry into system
• To handle incoming calls and sales enquiries
• To follow up and work closely with inter-company/inter-departments 
• Responsible for preparing sales quotation, invoicing and deliveries arrangement based on customer's requirements
• Monthly sales report to be submitted
• Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, good interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with high degree of initiative & self-discipline.
• Excellence organizational & multitasking skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Ability to work under strict datelines.
• Hands on experience with NAV software & MS Office will be advantage.
