Job Description

1. Planning, coordinating and implementation effective sales & marketing campaign and strategies to meet company’s sales objectives.
2. Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Company.
3. Conduct market research and general reports of the Property Market in relation to product pricing, new launches and marketing activities for the usage of the Company’s property division.
4. Prepare marketing report, annual sales & marketing report, department administrative evaluation report.
5. Attend to sales inquiries, including call/emails and walk-in customers by providing information about company’s product.
6. Liaise with financial institutions and lawyers to develop the required sales packages and documentation in line with the sales objectives of each project.
7. Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
8. Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
   
   

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the marketing preferably of residential, commercial and industrial properties, knowledge with regards to property would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Any additional languages would be an added advantage.
• Ambitious, Result driven, and ability to multi-task.
• Required to work on weekends. (Rest days can be on a weekday)
