Job Description

• Develop sales strategy for the company’s products.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. 
• Reaching out to new and existing customers, understanding their requirements, making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of our products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Ensure proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Ensure that the team meets or exceeds overall targets and KPIs such as: new customer acquisition, revenue and profit generation, customer retention.
• Monitor the team’s activity statistics and KPIs on a regular basis, conduct regular meetings with the team and with the management in order to improve systems, sales tools, performance and efficiency.
• Inspire and motivate the team.
