Job Description

Place daily order to suppliers.
Generate an official quotation for each of the orders placed and record it into the system.
Ensure orders are delivered within the defined timeframe by keeping continuous contact with vendors
Regularly visiting of vendors to ensure smooth communication.

Job Requirements

Possess Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Production or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Experience in procurement, production planning, and delivery follow up.
Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Dynamic, integrity and analytical thinking
