Job Description

• Handle recruitment process including job posting, selection and interview. 
• Sourcing of prospective candidates using a variety of channels. 
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. 
• Following up with candidates on the transition and on-boarding process 
• Monitor staffs’ leaves and medical records 
• Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employees’ records. 
•  Facilitating and hosting company activities. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management or any relevant field. 
• Preferably candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Being enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive working environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to command in Mandarin will be added advantage. 
• Mature, hardworking and able to work in fast-paced environment
