Job Description

• Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Coordinating with Celebrity Relationship Manager to make sure that videos (products) can be produced within timeframe. 
• Coordinating with Multimedia Designer to make sure that videos can be processed within timeframe.
• Delivering the videos to customers within set timeframe.
• Continuously improve upon Goceb’s SOP for better customer experience.
• Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem.
• Delivering amazing customer experience & manage the needs of the customers through various communication channels (email, phones, website chat, social media chat).
• Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Have the can-do attitude, go above & beyond to make sure that Goceb delivers the order within timeline.
• Have great patience & can work under stress.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in customer experience & customer service.
• Team player:  Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
