Job Description
- Liaising & maintaining good relationship with Celebrities.
- Engaging the Celebrity to make sure that they are successful on our platform.
- Designing our Celebrities system/flow & continuously improving upon it (to make things easy/enjoyable for Celebrities).
- Handling the on-boarding of the new Celebrities joining Goceb platform.
- Updating & reminding Celebrities about their incoming orders.
- Assisting Celebrities to complete their orders within timeline.
- Making sure that Celebrities are paid according to timeline.
Job Requirements
- A people-person with great people skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience working directly with Celebrities/Influencers.
- Detailed-oriented and able to complete work within set time frame.
- Able to remain calm, courteous & professional under stress.
