Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
- Check, verify & ensure all journal are to be completed by closing time (closing account)
- Preparation of Forecast Quarterly, Yearly Budget & Monthly Financial Performance.
- Track the company's financial status, cash flows and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- To ensure expenses are approved according to the authority matrix before payment is being made.
- Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
- To complete any Ad-Hoc tasks within the deadline given.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance related position.
- Bachelor Degree holder, Finance/Accounting related.
- Good Communication & Leadership Skill is required.
- Able to make quick & rational decision in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of the team and to build a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details and have investigate nature.
- Able to adapt to changes as GoCar is a fast-paced tech start-up company.
