Job Description

• To ensure all journal are to be completed by 3rd every month.(Closing account)
• To ensure monthly closing P&L Variance, GP & Overhead expenses analysis are prepared by 7th every month.(Closing account)
• To ensure inter-co balances with related companies/party are reconciled, the report is required to complete by 15th of every month.
• To ensure Input & Output Tax are correctly captured and ready for SST submission by 28th of quarter month.
• To ensure 100% correct in input tax credit claim.
• To ensure the tax invoice submitted are 100% complied with the SST Input & Output Tax requirement.
• To Check Revenue transaction from front system to calculate monthly Revenue Sharing and bill accordingly.(All process to complete before 3rd of every month)
• To ensure expenses are approved according to the authority matrix before payment is make.
• To issue Purchase Order and ensure are approved according to the authority matrix before given to team.
• Check, Coordinate & Manage Customer Refund with proper approval & documentation within the time frame.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• To prepare RRPT report, aging summary, Interco, Turnover into GFS system.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to handle AP and AR (full set accounts)
• Assist in tax related tasks 
• Attention to detail in work ethics and always have good ideas to implement. 
• Be familiar or be comfortable with the use of payment gateways
• Be familiar with Navision system or alternative systems to be implemented
• Reports to the Finance Manager
