Job Description

  • Main responsibility is to provide excellent customer experience to potential & existing GoCar customers
  • Able to handle phone calls, Facebook messages and emails in a professional manner
  • Understand the importance of providing timely response, especially during emergencies
  • Able to formulate action plans independently based on customers' enquiries or demands
  • Able to help customers troubleshoot when they have technical issues
  • Able to cope with internal operational requests and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Able to drive and deliver replacement car to customer (if necessary) during emergencies
  • Provide daily reports to Head of Customer Experience and/or assigned manager / team leader

Job Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of customer service experience
  2. Possess valid drivers licence
  3. Able to operate a smartphone alongside lifestyle and productivity apps (Waze, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook Messenger)
  4. Able to multitask, manage time and follow instructions well
  5. Able to handle stressful situations and respond professionally in a calm and composed manner
  6. Comfortable with making decisions with minimal supervision
  7. Attention to detail and analytical
  8. Responsible individual that is able to empathise with customers
  9. Able to execute tasks systematically from end to end, including following up proactively
  10. Passionate about helping people and enjoy communicating
  11. Enjoy working in a team
  12. Good command of English (writing and speaking), Malay and Mandarin
  13. Able to converse in Mandarin would have a huge advantage!
