Job Description

• Write high-engagement social media, newsletter content that reflects our brand’s voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience and other relevant departments to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
• Content writing for the blog, website and other channels. 
• Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the Marketing team
• Responsible for creating pristine copy that works hand-in-hand with the visual concepts. All copy must be written in the tone suitable for the company and appropriate for many platforms, including app, websites, mobile apps, emails, social media, blogs, press releases, articles, brochures and other marketing materials. 

Job Requirements

• Impeccable English writing skills with proficiency in grammar and spelling and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
• 1-2 years’ experience in advertising and/or digital media
• Team player and a highly motivated self-starter
• Demonstrable ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail-oriented
• Problem solver and customer-centred
• Willingness to be flexible and support where necessary
