Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and execute deals that enable business expansion across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Lead business development efforts ranging from forming strategic partnerships to building relationships with local independent properties owners/developers
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, technology, operations, and marketing team to ensure that partner requirements are represented on our product roadmap and value proposition for solutions in the market
• Effectively articulate the Car Sharing value proposition in order to prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities 

Job Requirements

• If you’re a self-starter with the ability to travel 50-60% of the time, drop us a line.
• Experience in business development or sales on B2C portfolio [selling, pitching, building relationships with partners]
• Demonstrable creativity and thoughtfulness in structuring deals to reflect unique business relationships
• A track record of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set expectations and adapt in a rapidly expanding and changing marketplace
• Willingness to be ‘comfortable with the uncomfortable’
• Possess a 'Growth Mindset" or a willingness to adapt to this mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, including high-caliber cold calling skills
