Job Description
- Work closely with the digital account team, digital director, and other designers to brainstorm ideas and produce always-on social media content
- Translate job briefs into various ideas/design/artwork requirements
- Design a variety of digital assets such as social media posts, eDMs, animated banners, Instagram filters, stickers, animated videos, and other assets used in the social media space
- Involved in new business pitch proposals – conceptualising creative concepts and materials that will elevate the proposal
- Understanding of, and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media is a bonus
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or a Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent
- High literacy in current graphic design practices and graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, and/or others
- Sound knowledge of design language and animation fundamentals
- Possesses creative flair and a strong design sense
- Ability to multi-task and produce quality work within tight timelines
- Solutions-oriented – propose solutions first instead of waiting for solutions to be provided
- Open to feedback and willing to edit/refine your designs based on the direction provided
- Must be able to operate a Mac
- Strong command of English is essential
- Minimum 1-3 years industry experience, specifically in digital media
- Up to date with technology, and design trends and continuously self-learning to improve design skills
