Job Description

  • To assist in office admin work including, and not limited to daily business operation, documentation, filing etc
  • Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls / email
  • Responsive to online & offline customer queries and offer solutions 
  • Prepare and issue sales order, delivery order, invoice for customers 
  • Assist in inventory audit and stock-count

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SPM and above
  • Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related field
  • With basic computer knowledge using Microsoft Word/Excel and the Internet
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin 
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of multitasking
  • Chinese / Malay (Female) only
