About The Job

Brand & Marketing

  • Photoshop/Illustrator design work for all collaterals; from websites, eDMs, shirts, banners, name cards to promotional posters
  • Creation & innovation of our weekly/monthly eDMs
  • Conceptualization of branding/marketing message and angle
  • Photography during events/programme and post-editing
  • Digital presence growth & management: Facebook, Instagram, Official Website
  • Design & launch Promotional campaigns
  • Identifying and participating in relevant trade events
  • Acquire sponsored products and services
  • Video creation, editing and promotion
  • Support the programme team with facilitation and any programme marketing needs
  • Liaison with volunteer recruitment partners and creation of any necessary collateral
  • Identifying new marketing channels for member acquisition & brand visibility

Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • Attitude: This isn’t a 9-6 job; lots of things to get done and we need to get it done
  • Aptitude: We are not expecting you to know it all, have it all; but we take chances on people as long as we feel you have the potential and the drive to be better everyday 
  • Ability: You need to be proactive in working with the Singapore team, as well as have the intense curiosity and desire to learn whatever’s necessary and grow yourself in the process 
  • You’re required to work weekends, off-days are given on weekdays


Certain skill sets which are compulsory would be Microsoft Office and Googling for information. Emotional empathy coupled with great interpersonal skills would take you a long way in this team and the communities we engage with.

Technical and design skills are a huge plus and will earn you brownie points.
