Job Description

• Responsible for sales team building, personnel recruitment and training;
• Responsible for the daily management of the sales team, salesperson performance appraisal, customer development progress follow-up;
• Assist sales staff to follow up and develop key enterprise users;
• Lead the team members to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by the company;
• Pay attention to the dynamics of similar products in the market, and be able to put forward valuable plans and suggestions to the company in terms of business according to market conditions and user needs

Job Requirements

• No restriction on nationality, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing Mandarin. 
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• College degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience in the same position
• Strong communication skills, strong learning ability, good at summing up experience, discovering problems, and solving problems
• Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
