About The Job

Job Description:
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin listening, speaking, reading preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Online support and answer customer and any other matter as requested.
  • Interact with various internal department to resolve customer issues.
  • Typing Mandarin fast and accurately to handle daily live chat with customers.
  • Carry out any extra assignment given by the superiors.
  • Able to work on monthly shift rotation including night shift.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in the Philippines.
  • Candidate possess strong responsible, self-disciplined, independence, teamwork, customer oriented, loyalty character is encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements

  • Age : 22 years old - 35 years old
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Required Skill(s): interpersonal skill, communication skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, Microsoft Office, typing fast.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in online customer service, telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
