Job Description


We are looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator - ANZ (m/f/d) to join the awesomeness of the Global Savings Group in our Kuala Lumpur office. Among many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Be a team driver and work with our Commercial team to oversee and improve sales operations processes, to maximize sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Liaise with other departments e.g Finance, Editorial, Commercial, and Digital Marketing focusing on creating inter-departmental efficiency and minimizing existing process pain points.
  • Act as a champion and liaison for sales operations processes especially for our Reward product.
  • Deep dive in various reports analysis, manage content compliance & quarterly business reviews.
  • Campaign management and newsletters management.
  • Coordinating and create report analysis summary (format: PowerPoint)

Job Requirements


We are a match if you have...

  • Fluency in written and spoken English (a native English speaker preferably)
  • Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (ideally Marketing, Business Administration, Finance).
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Powerpoint), Google applications.
  • Strong analytical (data-driven) and multitasking skills along with great attention to detail.
  • Having a basic knowledge of e-commerce business, sales operations process generally is a plus but not essential.  
  • You are a proactive, analytical thinker with a strong, resilient personality and independent mind set.
  • Ability to build cross-departmental relationships and be an active influencer with confidence in dealing with various level stakeholders.
