Job Description

• Ensure that job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions are understood.
• Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans & reviews, design action plans, ensure productivity, quality and customer-service standards, resolve problems, complete audits and identify trends
• Analyze process workflow; implement changes when needed
• Manage relationships with client(s) and expectations
• Ensure that all records of discussions or correspondence with client(s) or app(s) user(s) are accurate.
• Ensure app(s) user(s) feedback are being attended and resolved in the shortest possible time.
• Communicate user(s) issue(s) with team members and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
• Work closely with technical team to ensure the performance of App(s) / platform are running smoothly and how to enhance it for better efficiencies (if any).
• Ensure all processes are in compliance with client(s) requirements and communicate to team members on any change(s) in processes.
• Producing monthly or ad-hoc report(s) for client(s), if required.
• Assign, coach, and counsel employee(s).
• Learning about company’s product(s) or service(s) and keeping up to date with changes.
• Any other work that is assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree required, in any field
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or customer service 
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
