Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or other support ticket systems.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and support function.
  • Perform UAT testing for products.
  • Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to perform different tasks at once.
  • Perform documentation on troubleshooting guide.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year Helpdesk / Service Desk experience.
  • IT Support and Troubleshooting.
  • Experience communicating directly with the client.
  • Fresh graduates with experience in internships of IT Support roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
