Job Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business strategy. 
• Plan and oversee employee benefit program 
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. 
• Responsible for the company's hiring needs from sourcing applicants, conducting pre- screen interviews to employee onboarding and engagement. 
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees. 
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
• Developing, analysing and overseeing the HR department’s budget. 
• Conduct and oversee monthly payroll and statutory payments. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3+ years of HR-related experience
• 1+ year of experience with recruitment in the IT industry 
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team 
• Prior experience in dealing with change management 
• Hands-on experience with HRMS 
• Experience working in a startup environment.
