Job Description

• Studies and analyses business process flow and gather information from business users to evaluate requirement and desired outcome
• Translates requirements into Functional Specification document that includes use cases, business rules, system flow or flow charts, UI/UX specification, data specification, etc. 
• Manages Change Requests raised by business users by analysing their requirements and perform impact analysis; work out change specification 
• Recommends solution to common issues by identifying root cause 
• Works with technical project team members to design and develop the applications based on requirement 
• Works with Project Manager on project timeline and assist in some project management tasks
• Tests the developed application ensuring the final product meets the requirements detailed in the agreed document by the client
• Provide production support to end users

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer discipline related 
• At least four (4) years of working experience in related field 
• Ability to design and manage a database is an added advantage
• Experience in software development as a developer is an added advantage
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently
• Knowledge in any automated testing is an added advantage
• Strong communication in English, organisation, time management and leadership skills
• Dynamic and result-oriented profile
• Willingness to learn
