Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full spectrum of HR function in the organization. This includes payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee wellness and employee engagement.
- Develop, execute and review specific action plan in in all HR areas to support achievement of organizational goal and growth
- Lead the HR team in day to day administration and implementation of HR practices, policies and activities to support critical day-to-day business operations
- Support management team to achieve organizational goals
- Develop, implement and review HR policies, practices and procedures.
- Manage key HR processes in alignment with policies and practices
- Plan and manage the HR budget in the areas of payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee wellness and employee engagement.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources
- At least 5 years’ experience in managerial/supervisory capacity in HR with experience in managing the full spectrum of HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong leader that is able to work well with team members and stakeholder
- Able to work well with people from all level
- Strong interpersonal & good team work
- People oriented and highly enthusiastic in the desire to ensure an engaged workforce.
