Job Description

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment;
• Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level;
• Conduct new employee orientation and implement learning and development initiatives
• Support benefits administration
• Business partnering with senior management and line managers on HR operational and employee relations matters
• Administering the full cycle of the recruitment process, from identifying hiring requirements to selection criteria, interviews and new joinees provisioning
• Liaise with line managers on manpower needs, recruitment agencies, job portals, etc
• Recommend new channels for sourcing suitably qualified candidates in the most effective and efficient manner
• Plan career fairs with various institutions
• Review acquisition process and methods
• Conduct interviews & selection, propose salary recommendations for hiring, facilitate internal staff transfer
• Partner with line managers to resolve manpower needs an staffing issues
• Prepare employment contract and the necessary reports
• Conduct corporate orientation

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work under pressure and with least supervision
• Strong communicator and creative thinker
• Possesses good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi task and takes initiative
• People-oriented and a team player
• Adaptable and flexible
