Job Description

• Deal directly with customers via telephone or social media platforms
• Generate sales and interest, close sales by first time trial package
• Work to engage customer to keep conversation going while ensuring high customer experience standards
• Handle and respond to customers enquiries promptly which may include comments or complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with centres based around Klang Valley to ensure customer appointments are booked accordingly
• Ensuring customer follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
• Providing suggestions to managers on possible improvements to customer service within the organization
• To achieve all KPIs as per campaign/company requirements.
• Work towards achieved sales target and KPI
• Other job responsibilities include prospecting for leads

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, any field
• Customer service or sales experience in a call-centre or related environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales field or related field
• Ability to deliver outstanding sales pitch and convince customers with a consultative sales approach
• Possesses the passion for telesales with a pleasant phone personality
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with customers is an added advantage.
