Job Description

•  Responsibility to prepare financial statements and supporting schedule according to daily account & monthly & yearly close schedule.
• Handling account payable & account receivable and general ledger include processing invoice, processing payment, producing statement of account, collection on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required. 
•  Coordinate and ensure timely submission of monthly financial statements and management reporting 
• Advice management & handling submission on Accounting, Tax, GST, SST, and other relevant matters due to income tax.
• Liaison with Banker, Auditor, Tax Agent and relevant document preparation. 
• Develop, maintain and analyse budget and preparing periodic report that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. 
• Maintaining filing systems, documentations and report or examine the records of government agencies.
•  Ensure all routine accounting report are submitted timely & been verified before submitting to Management & Statutory bodies
• Responsible on Petty Cash monthly report to HOD
• Assisting in payroll transaction and report validation

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher degree in Accounting /Financing/Banking
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in accounting & finance or auditing
• Knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedure
• Advance computer skills: MS Office, accounting software and database
• Deadline oriented and attention to details
